So, here goes. I have decided to make a go of my new venture and business, Benbel Limited, named after my 2 children (Ben and Isabelle). I say new venture but to be honest it's what I have been doing for nearly 20 years, but rather than as a permanent employee, now as a supplier of consultancy services and materials to those organisations embarking on an office refurbishment, or updates to specific areas of your office. I am doing this because I love it, and I love getting to know and help people with the not so familiar technical aspects of building projects.

While capable of project management for your office update, Benbel Limited specialises in those grey areas requiring the input of both the IT and Facilities teams. Structured cabling, line installations and line moves, CCTV, access control, audio visual, intelligent lighting, server room design, people moves are often areas that take up huge amounts of expensive internal staff time and are often neglected, leaving the build contractor to deliver what they think is best. 

Using a wealth of experience and latest industry knowledge, Benbel will work with you to understand and help you with your needs and standards, then liaise with the build contractor on your behalf throughout the project to ensure you get solutions which are understood and maintainable long after the works are finished.
